Minimum Order
We do not require a minimum amount for your order. We appreciate your interest and your order regardless of size. Additions to Orders Should you wish to add to your placed order we are happy to include these goods unless the order has been packed and/or posted. Product Availability If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within our 1 - 5 working days time frame, you will be notified and we will get the order to you as soon as possible thereafter. Colours All efforts are made to ensure colour of items pictured on this website are a true indication but please be aware that this may vary depending on screen settings. Payment We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit and Money Order. For Direct Deposit Payments select Money Order and a printable order form will be shown. This form includes Bank details for Direct Deposit. Account Customers Accounts may be set up for Business Customers. Email to discuss further details. First 3 orders are payment before despatch of goods. Exceptions to this are as follows 1) Government or school bodies who produce a purchase order will be given 30 days net from invoice. 2) Corporate bodies who produce a purchase order will be given a temporary 14 day account from invoice. After 3 orders they will be placed on a 30 day account. Shipping All orders will be shipped using Australia Post standard mail unless you request otherwise. We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible. If your order will not fit into an average size letter box we will always request that the package is taken to the nearest post office for collection should no one be home. You can select not to have this option at the checkout if you have a secure place for larger packages to be left. Please advise of this alternative secure location package is to be left if possible. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by Australia Post, international or Australian Customs departments or by 'Acts of God'. Returns, Exchanges and Faulty goods Claims or returns will be accepted where there is a fault in the product supplied. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued. If you wish to return your purchase from Kiss and Carry, please contact us first via email. You will be advised on how to return the product to us. Please keep the appropriate proof of return as if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item. Ensure goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Except where required by law, all returned products must be: 1. Unused, and in original condition 2.
